Patter for the Floating Lady chronicles the downfall of a
relationship amid the metaphor of a magic trick. Playwright Steve
Martin plays with the concept of love, and how we treat it when it
enters our lives. We can either accept the love we have, or we can
mistrust and misuse it. This play explores the question: Can people
love each other without giving up a piece of themselves? I invite
you all to come along for the ride, and experience the bittersweet
nature of this thing we call love.
