Director's Notes:
Although the struggle against cruelty to animals is an old one,
the topic is still quite relevant today. In Dog Eat Dog we meet Mr. Starr,
a vigilante for animal rights. Though we may not agree with his methods of alleviating animal suffering, we can certainly empathize
with his cause. In the end two boys who run unlicensed dogfights
face an ironic punishment at the hands of Mr. Starr.
